Itinerary
Welcome to Sri Lanka! Upon your arrival at the airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Bentota. Check in and take some time to relax. Later, board the transfer to the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, a renowned conservation project dedicated to protecting endangered sea turtles. Here, you'll have the unique opportunity to learn about the various species of turtles that nest along Sri Lanka's coastlines. Afterwards, get driven back to the hotel.
In the morning, you’ll be driven for Bentota city tour, starting with a visit to Bentota Beach, where you can engage in thrilling water sports like jet skiing, banana rides, and tube rides. Next, enjoy a scenic boat ride along the Madu River, enjoying the views of lush mangroves. Continue your exploration with a visit to Cinnamon Island, where you can discover the aromatic cinnamon plantations and learn about the spice trade. Later, get driven back to the hotel.
In the morning, check out and get transferred to Colombo. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. You can explore Colombo on your own, visiting sites like the Old City Hall, the Dutch Period Museum and the Traditional Puppet Art Museum to catch a glimpse of Colombo's rich history. You can also head to Attidiya Bird Sanctuary and Dehiwala Zoo to have an engaging experience with a variety of animals and birds. Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Today, you’ll be driven for a Colombo city tour. Your first stop is the Gangaramaya Temple, a significant cultural and spiritual landmark.
